Sister Sky was built for people who have never fully seen themselves in the beauty industry.

We’re Mixed Indigenous women. We’re founders. And we’re building something rooted in real life—not trends.

If you’ve been following us on social media, you’ve probably noticed—we talk a lot about mixed heritage. That’s intentional.  Because it’s the reality of our Native communities today.
And it’s the reality of our country as a whole.

More and more people are embracing all of who they are—multiple cultures, multiple identities. And that deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

So we ask ourselves:

How are we helping people feel like they belong?
How are we truly being inclusive?

Because this isn’t about division.
It’s about unity.

And the truth is—this goes beyond messaging.

It’s about how products are actually made.

The beauty industry often says “for all hair types”…
but if you’ve ever tried those products, you know they don’t always work for us.

That’s because most brands weren’t created with us in mind.

Sister Sky is different.

We see this community because we are this community.
